Key Responsibilities
As a Flow Cytometry Data Analyst, you will:
- Analyze patient and quality control data from flow cytometry.
- Perform data entry, verification, and release into clinical databases.
- Handle data inquiries and investigations with accuracy.
- Draft and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Troubleshoot sophisticated instruments and flow cytometry data issues.
- Conduct reagent qualifications and validation of new assays with scientific teams.
- Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders on troubleshooting.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biomedical Sciences, Biological Sciences, Medical Technology, or related fields.
- 1–3 years of experience in laboratory operations or flow cytometry analysis.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as FlowJo, FCSExpress, or WinList (preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with SOPs.
- Strong analytical mindset, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Dutch/French are an advantage).
