Job Overview
As a Drug Safety Executive at Fidelity Health Services, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely processing of safety data in the Oracle Argus Safety Database. The role involves data management, quality review, and case processing for individual case safety reports (ICSRs).
Job Responsibilities
- Case Management: Perform duplicate checks, book-in, and manage cases in the Oracle Argus Safety Database.
- Data Accuracy: Ensure the correctness of safety data as per the source documents and established procedures.
- Data Entry & Review: Enter and review ICSRs in Oracle Argus Safety, ensuring data quality and adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Data Correction: Identify and correct data during the preparation of signal reports, health hazard assessments, routine signal reviews, post-process quality checks (PPQC), and FDA adverse event reporting system (FAERS) reviews.
- Literature Case Processing: Handle and process scientific literature cases with accuracy and efficiency.
- Follow-Up: Manage follow-up activities for safety cases, including generating action items in Oracle Argus.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the team to ensure all case processing tasks are completed within regulatory timelines.
Qualifications and Skills
- Educational Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in drug safety, pharmacovigilance, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Argus Safety Database for case management and processing.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to ensure data accuracy and compliance with safety procedures.
- Preferred Candidate: Immediate joiners will be given preference.
