Job Responsibilities
Production (Injectable)
- Officer to Executive (4-6 years experience): Supervise aseptic process activities, troubleshoot aseptic filling operations (e.g., NVPC failure, power failure), and execute remediation plans for environmental monitoring (EM) failures. Oversee visual inspection and packing processes, prepare SOPs, and ensure Good Documentation Practices (GDP). Experience with microsphere dry powder is a plus.
- Technician (4-6 years experience): Perform aseptic dispensing, compounding, visual inspection, and packing/labeling operations in USFDA-approved units. Microsphere dry powder exposure is preferred.
Quality Control (Injectable)
- Officer to Sr. Executive (2-8 years experience): Handle and calibrate instruments like HPLC, GC, FTIR, UV, auto-titrator, and KF. Conduct analysis for raw materials (RM), water, finished products (FP), stability, and microbiological validation (MV) samples.
Engineering (OSD/Injectable)
- Officer/Sr. Officer (Plant Maintenance, 4-8 years experience): Manage preventive and breakdown maintenance of process equipment and instruments. Maintain schedules, training records, protocols, and quality documentation.
- Technician/Sr. Technician (Plant Maintenance, 6-8 years experience): Support maintenance of OSD/injectable plant equipment and documentation.
- Technician/Sr. Technician (Water System/HVAC, 6-8 years experience): Maintain HVAC and water systems, ensuring compliance with schedules and protocols.
Technology Transfer (OSD/Injectable)
- Sr. Officer to Sr. Executive (5-8 years experience): Prepare BMRs, BPRs, protocols, and reports for trial, scale-up, exhibit, and process validation batches. Coordinate batch execution and review SOPs.
Quality Control (OSD)
- QC Validation Analyst (Sr. Officer to Sr. Executive, 4-7 years experience): Perform analytical method validation, method transfer, and cleaning validation. Handle HPLC, GC, DR, and other instruments, and prepare validation protocols.
- QC Officer to Executive (4-7 years experience): Analyze stability, in-process, FP, and RM samples. Handle HPLC, GC, FTIR, UV, DR, and SSA instruments.
Quality Assurance (OSD)
- Officer to Executive (IPQA, 2-6 years experience): Conduct line clearance, sample in-process and finished goods, and review BMR/BPR with equipment audit trails.
- Executive to Sr. Executive (Analytical QA, 6-10 years experience): Investigate OOS, incidents, and deviations. Review analytical data and audit trails for HPLC, GC, FTIR, and UV.
Production (OSD)
- Granulation/Compression/Packing Officer to Executive (2-5 years experience): Manage material handling, electronic batch record filling, SAP system operations, and QMS processes. Handle machine alarms, deviations, and manpower.
- Technician (Granulation/Liquid & Paste Manufacturing/Liquid Filling/Bottle Primary Packing, 2-6 years experience): Operate granulation equipment, top spraying, roll compaction, liquid filling, and CVC line packing. Handle machine operations, cleaning, and changeovers.
Qualifications
- Production (Injectable): M.S./B. Pharma for Officer/Executive; ITI/Diploma for Technician.
- Quality Control (Injectable): M.Sc. (Chemistry)/M. Pharm/B. Pharm.
- Engineering (OSD/Injectable): BE Electrical for Officer/Sr. Officer; Diploma Electrical/ITI for Technician.
- Technology Transfer: B. Pharm/M. Pharm.
- Quality Control (OSD): M.Sc./M. Pharm/B. Pharm.
- Quality Assurance (OSD): B. Pharm/M. Pharm/B.Sc./M.Sc.
