Job Responsibilities

As an Executive / Sr. Executive – Intellectual Property Rights, you will:

• Prepare IP/Patent landscapes and clearance reports for parenteral, ophthalmic, and solid oral dosage forms.
• Develop IP evaluation reports for regulatory markets including the USA, Canada, and Latin America.
• Conduct Freedom to Operate (FTO) and infringement analyses to guide R&D and formulation teams.
• Assist in preparing infringement/non-infringement strategies for ongoing and pipeline development projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure IP compliance and risk mitigation throughout the product lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Educational Qualification: M.Pharm / M.Sc / B.Pharm (preferred background in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Regulatory Affairs, or Intellectual Property).
• Experience: Minimum 2–6 years of experience in IPR / Patent analysis / FTO in pharmaceutical formulation development.
• Strong understanding of patent search tools, IP databases, and regulatory IP frameworks.
• Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and documentation skills.
