Key Responsibilities
As an Executive / Senior Executive – QA at Zuellig Pharma, you will:

- Maintain Quality Management Systems (QMS) in compliance with ISO 9001:2015, GMP, GDP, and Zuellig Pharma regional guidelines.
- Manage GxP validation, CAPA, audits, and process improvement activities.
- Support regulatory inspections, client audits, supplier assessments, and self-inspections.
- Oversee document control, change control, and validation activities.
- Provide QA oversight on storage, distribution, returns, destruction, and labeling.
- Conduct training programs to ensure compliance across teams.
- Support clinical trial set-up, complaints investigation, and deviation handling.
- Participate in recall, mock recall & disaster recovery exercises.
- Assist in regulatory compliance reporting, data collection, and monthly/annual quality reports.
Qualifications & Skills
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- Degree/Master’s in Pharmacy (Registered Pharmacist preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in GMP environment with 2+ years in Quality Assurance.
- Knowledge of ISO, GMP, GDP, ICH-GCP, and preferably GLP standards.
- Familiarity with SAP and Microsoft Office tools.
- Prior logistics, supply chain, or clinical trials QA experience (advantage).
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
