Key Responsibilities
As an Executive – Biotechnology Lab Operations, your responsibilities will include:
- Managing daily lab operations and maintaining advanced biotechnology equipment.
- Keeping logs for equipment usage, samples, and charges.
- Procuring and organizing consumables, chemicals, and compressed gases as per safety protocols.
- Coordinating equipment installation, demonstrations, and repairs.
- Ensuring compliance with Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and safety guidelines.
- Supporting biotech innovators and start-ups with research requirements.
Qualifications & Experience
- Postgraduate degree in Biotechnology, Life Sciences, Microbiology, Environmental Science, or related field.
- 1–3 years’ experience in laboratory operations (academic, research, or incubator setup).
- Knowledge of GLP and laboratory safety protocols.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and database management.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
