Job Description
As a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) or Senior Clinical Research Associate (Sr. CRA) at AstraZeneca, you will:
- Monitor Phase 2/3 global clinical trials, ensuring compliance with protocols, regulatory requirements, and Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.
- Collaborate with investigative sites, ensuring data quality and patient safety.
- Conduct site selection, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits.
- Review and verify clinical trial data for accuracy and completeness.
- Build strong relationships with investigators and site staff to ensure smooth trial execution.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical trial strategies.
Who We’re Looking For
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in monitoring Phase 2/3 global clinical trials within a multinational pharmaceutical company or CRO.
- Education: Degree in pharmacy, medicine, nursing, dentistry, or physiotherapy.
- Skills: Strong understanding of clinical trial processes, GCP, and regulatory requirements. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Mindset: Passionate about advancing medical science, detail-oriented, and committed to patient safety.
