🧩 Key Responsibilities
As an Associate Analyst – Analytics, your role will include:
- Participating in technical and US healthcare domain training sessions.
- Delivering standardized reporting suites to stakeholders with accuracy and quality checks.
- Supporting ad-hoc reporting, dashboard creation, and process automation.
- Collaborating with senior analysts to execute analytical and optimization projects.
- Managing report requests and updates via JIRA for smooth workflow tracking.
- Building expertise in healthcare data analytics and claims reporting.
- Effectively communicating insights, anomalies, and process improvements.
- Attending regular stand-up calls with onshore and offshore teams.
🎓 Required Qualifications and Skills
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Economics, or a healthcare-related field (e.g., Public Health, Epidemiology, Biology, Health Administration).
Experience:
- 1–3 years of experience in analytics or exposure to SAS/SQL programming.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, and data visualization tools.
- Experience with healthcare claims data is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and adaptability.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Mandatory Technical Skills:
- Base SAS coding using Enterprise Guide (EG)
- SQL proficiency
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
- VBA, SharePoint, and JIRA familiarity
- Critical thinking, teamwork, and willingness to work in US time zones
