Eurofins Advinus, a leading contract research organization (CRO) under the global Eurofins network, is actively hiring an Associate Research Scientist – Discovery Chemistry for its state-of-the-art R&D facility in Hyderabad. If you have 2–4 years of hands-on experience in synthetic organic chemistry or medicinal chemistry from the CRO/pharma industry, this is your chance to work on cutting-edge drug discovery projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently plan, set up, and execute multi-step synthetic routes for target molecules
- Perform literature and patent searches to design alternate synthetic strategies
- Isolate, purify, and characterize compounds using modern separation and analytical techniques
- Maintain accurate lab records and ensure compliance with safety (SHE) standards
- Troubleshoot reactions and optimize processes for better yield and purity
Qualifications & Requirements
- MSc in Organic Chemistry / Medicinal Chemistry
- 2–4 years of relevant industry experience in Synthetic Organic Chemistry or Medicinal Chemistry from a reputed CRO
- Strong knowledge of reaction mechanisms, isolation, purification, and structural elucidation (NMR, LCMS, HPLC)
- Excellent laboratory safety awareness and commitment to SHE practices
- Immediate joiners preferred

Salary Range
₹5.5 – ₹9 LPA (based on experience and current CTC)
