Production (LYO/DPI)

  • Qualifications: ITI/Diploma/Degree/B.Pharmacy/M.Pharmacy
  • Experience: 2-6 years
  • Key Skills/Areas: Filling Machine operation, Vial Washing, Aseptic operations, Autoclave handling, Shift operations, QMS, External Vial Washing, Sealing Machine, Aseptic Practices
  • Roles: Technical Assistants and Executives

Packing

  • Qualifications: ITI/Diploma/Degree/B.Pharmacy/M.Pharmacy
  • Experience: 2-6 years
  • Key Skills/Areas: Labelling Machine, Track and Trace Systems, Aseptic 2D inspection, Supervision of packing activities, Manual and Visual Inspections, BPR compliance
  • Roles: Technical Assistants and Executives

Engineering (Process Instrumentation)

  • Qualifications: Diploma/B.Tech
  • Experience: 4-8 years
  • Key Skills/Areas: Hands-on experience with Process Instrumentation (preferred in Injectables), Expertise in PLC/SCADA, Sensors, Troubleshooting (Online and Offline), Track record of shift breakdown maintenance, Preventive maintenance for critical injectable equipment
  • Roles: Executive/Senior Executive

These positions involve working in a state-of-the-art injectable manufacturing setup, emphasizing compliance, safety, and efficiency.

Roles and Responsibilities (General Overview)

  • Operate and maintain pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment in aseptic environments.
  • Perform visual inspections, labeling, packing, and documentation as per GMP standards.
  • Handle troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and shift operations for production lines.
  • Ensure compliance with QMS, BMR/BPR, and regulatory requirements.
  • Supervise team activities and contribute to process improvements in injectable formulations.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should possess relevant technical or pharmacy qualifications (ITI, Diploma, B.Pharm, M.Pharm, B.Tech) along with 2-8 years of hands-on experience in pharmaceutical production, packing, or engineering—preferably in injectables, aseptic processing, or related areas. Strong knowledge of GMP, aseptic techniques, and equipment like filling machines, autoclaves, PLC/SCADA is highly preferred.

Salary and Benefits

Competitive compensation packages are offered based on experience and role. For Technical Assistants/Executives (2-6 years exp), expect a realistic range of ₹3.5 – 6.5 LPA. For Senior Executive roles in Engineering (4-8 years), salaries may range from ₹5 – 9 LPA or higher, including statutory benefits.
