Position
Apprentice Trainee / Process Analyst – Intake Preauthorization
The selected candidates will work in the US Healthcare domain and handle intake preauthorization activities, including reviewing medical documentation received through fax, understanding medical terminology, and creating authorization cases within defined TAT and SLA requirements.
Responsibilities
- Review and analyze medical documentation received via fax.
- Understand and interpret medical terminology and healthcare documents.
- Create and update authorization cases according to process guidelines.
- Complete assigned cases within specified TAT and SLA requirements.
- Follow updated process documents, tip sheets, and quality guidelines.
- Meet productivity and quality targets.
- Adhere to shift schedules and process timelines.
- Support additional operational responsibilities as assigned.
