Key Responsibilities
The selected candidates will be responsible for:
- Understanding customer requirements and preparing accurate quotations.
- Searching and identifying laboratory, medical, and scientific products.
- Developing competitive order quotations.
- Identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Preparing weekly reports on quotations, bids, and orders.
- Resolving product discrepancies through detailed analysis.
- Supporting special projects assigned by management.
- Maintaining high quotation accuracy and timely delivery.
- Working with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
- Managing multiple quotation requests within deadlines.
Required Qualifications
Applicants should possess:
- Master’s Degree in Life Sciences such as:
- Biotechnology
- Microbiology
- Biochemistry
- Other related Life Science disciplines
- Minimum 3 years of Healthcare Industry experience
- Knowledge of laboratory, scientific, and medical equipment
- Strong quotation preparation and customer service skills
- Experience in RFQ, RFP, tender, or bidding processes (preferred)
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills
- Strong analytical and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and decision-making skills
