1. Sanand Location (Injectable Focus):

Detailed Job Descriptions:

Here’s a detailed overview of the open positions, their requirements, and responsibilities:

A. IT – CSV/IT – QA (All Locations):

• Experience: 2 to 8 years
• Education: BE/B.Tech – IT/Computer Science
• Responsibilities:
  • Preparation, review, and execution of Computer System Validation (CSV) for manufacturing and QC equipment and instruments.
  • User management and data backup/restoration for QC and manufacturing equipment.
  • Lifecycle management of GxP computerized systems.
  • Ensuring compliance of GxP applications.

B. Production (Aseptic Area + Injectable) – Officer/Operator (Sanand & Mehsana):

• Experience: 2 to 5 years
• Education: M.Pharm/B.Pharm/M.Sc/B.Sc/Diploma/ITI
• Responsibilities:
  • Filling, sealing, and filtration processes.
  • Ampoule and vial line operations.
  • Quality Management System (QMS) adherence.
  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving.

C. Microbiology (Analyst) (All Locations):

• Experience: 2 to 10 years
• Education: M.Sc/B.Sc
• Responsibilities:
  • Media preparation and culture management.
  • Microbiological Limit Test (MLT) and Bioburden Estimation Test (BET).
  • QMS-related activities.
  • Investigation of deviations and non-conformances.
  • Emcure Injectable-specific activities.
  • Document review.
  • Knowledge of Vitek 2 system preferred.

D. Quality Assurance – IPQA/Validation & Qualification (All Locations):

• Experience: 2 to 10 years
• Education: M.Pharm/B.Pharm
• Responsibilities:
  • Aseptic process simulation.
  • Document review and approval.
  • Equipment validation and qualification.
  • Line clearance procedures.
  • Investigation of deviations and non-conformances.
  • Audit trail report preparation.

E. Quality Control – HPLC/GC/LCMS/LIMS (All Locations):

• Experience: 2 to 7 years
• Education: M.Sc/B.Sc
• Responsibilities:
  • Operation of various analytical instruments (HPLC, GC, LCMS, LIMS).
  • Analysis of finished products, in-process materials, process validation samples, and stability samples.
  • Handling of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) activities.

F. Production (OSD) – Officer/Operator (Mehsana & Surendranagar):

• Experience: 2 to 8 years
• Education: M.Pharm/B.Pharm/Diploma/ITI
• Responsibilities:
  • Granulation, compression, and coating processes.
  • Qualification of new OSD equipment.
