Job Description:
Emcure Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an MSTG-Officer/Executive for our Injectables department. If you have the relevant experience, please send your CV to bhasha.bhatt@emcure.com.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Review pre-technical documents from R&D or contract givers.
2. Evaluate Gap Analysis considering production feasibility, equipment, and procedural requirements with various departments.
3. Coordinate between production and departments like R&D, QA, QC, and the warehouse.
4. Review new product handling in existing facilities concerning environment, health, and safety with EHS & Engineering departments.
5. Coordinate the preparation of MFR, BMR, BPR, PEP/PVP & PER/PVR and document control to support production activities.
6. Prepare RM, PPM BOM and review SPM BOM. Coordinate for trial, optimization, exhibit, and initial commercial batches (Process validation).
7. Assist QA during regulatory submissions with Tech-Transfer documentation and execute process validation.
8. Ensure availability of all pre-requisites for new product execution.
9. Collaborate with R&D and manage new product execution for contract givers. Provide training to subordinates.
10. Assist in preparing SOPs, qualification & validation documents, QMS activities (change controls, deviations, investigations, CAPAs), and any additional activities as required by superiors.
