Key Responsibilities

As a Clinical Data Management Associate at Lilly, you will:

  • Execute and oversee end-to-end clinical data management from study setup to database lock.
  • Deliver high-quality, compliant datasets on time and within scope.
  • Coordinate data flow across multiple vendors and niche data sources, including biomarkers and pharmacokinetic data.
  • Contribute to essential deliverables such as the Data Management Plan, Project Plan, and Clinical Datasets.
  • Support regulatory submissions, audits, and inspections with accurate data documentation.
  • Conduct central coding and ensure compliance with Lillyโ€™s global data standards.
  • Participate in archiving, decommissioning, and inspection readiness activities.
  • Apply GCP, ICH, FDA, and MHRA standards in all data processes.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in any of the following:
    • Life Sciences, Medical field, Nursing, Pharmacy, Statistics, Informatics, or Information Technology
  • Strong understanding of clinical data management processes and standards
  • Knowledge of GCP, ICH, and regulatory compliance frameworks
  • Excellent communication, analytical thinking, and project coordination skills
  • Experience in clinical research, data validation, or clinical data systems preferred
