Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Perform adverse event (AE) case processing in the pharmacovigilance database.
- Conduct accurate data entry and validation against source documents.
- Assess seriousness, causality, and reportability of adverse event cases.
- Perform self-quality review before case submission.
- Identify missing information and determine follow-up requirements.
- Ensure timely completion of individual case safety reports (ICSRs).
- Meet productivity and quality metrics.
- Participate actively in team discussions and process improvements.
- Support management of the Global Pharmacovigilance mailbox.
- Perform regulatory submissions of individual case reports.
- Collaborate with affiliates, legal teams, customer response groups, and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information.
Required Qualifications
Candidates should have:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Veterinary Sciences, Biotechnology, Nursing, Medicine, or related disciplines.
- 0โ2 years of Pharmacovigilance experience
- Basic understanding of:
- Pharmacovigilance Case Processing
- Adverse Event Reporting
- Medical Terminology
- Study Literature
- Good analytical and communication skills.
- Strong learning agility and willingness to work in global safety operations.
