Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Drug Safety Associate, your responsibilities will include:

  • Handle Medical Information (MI) inquiries from healthcare professionals and consumers.
  • Process Adverse Event (AE) reports accurately and within regulatory timelines.
  • Manage Product Quality Complaints (PQC) and related safety documentation.
  • Perform Quality Control (QC) reviews of safety calls and case records.
  • Book and process safety cases in the pharmacovigilance safety database.
  • Ensure complete, compliant, and timely documentation following SOPs and global regulations.
  • Deliver accurate and evidence-based medical information.
  • Maintain high-quality pharmacovigilance documentation standards.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants should possess:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in:
    • Pharmacy (B.Pharm/M.Pharm)
    • Life Sciences
    • Healthcare
    • B.Sc.
    • M.Sc.
  • 2โ€“4 years of experience in:
    • Pharmacovigilance
    • Drug Safety
    • Clinical Research
    • Medical Information Contact Center (MICC)

Required Skills

Candidates should have:

  • Strong knowledge of pharmacovigilance principles
  • Experience in adverse event case processing
  • Medical terminology expertise
  • Quality Control (QC) review experience
  • Product Quality Complaint (PQC) handling
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Good documentation practices
  • MS Office proficiency
  • Ability to work independently during night shifts
