Responsibilities in Job

As a Drug License/CDSCO Executive, you will play an essential role in guiding clients through the registration and licensing process. Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Consultation and Assessment: Evaluating client needs and determining the appropriate registration paths for their products within the healthcare sector.
  2. Documentation & Application Preparation: Compiling and preparing all necessary documentation required for submitting license applications, ensuring all forms are completed accurately.
  3. Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring that all applications meet the legal and regulatory requirements set forth by the CDSCO and other governing bodies.
  4. Application Submission and Follow-up: Submitting applications to appropriate regulatory authorities and actively following up to track progress and address any issues that arise.
  5. Liaison and Communication: Acting as a primary point of contact between clients and regulatory bodies, maintaining clear and open lines of communication.
  6. Record Keeping: Maintaining thorough records of all applications, correspondence, and licenses issued to ensure accountability and reference.
  7. Client Education: Providing clients with relevant information and guidance about regulatory best practices and updates affecting their business.
  8. Industry Knowledge: Staying informed about the latest changes in drug regulations, laws, and guidelines to provide clients with accurate advice and support.

Qualifications

To qualify for the role of Drug License/CDSCO Executive, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in handling registration and licensing within the healthcare industry, preferably in a consulting role.
