Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Capacity Planning:
    • Identify and implement new technologies to enhance plant operations flexibility and capacity.
  2. TPM Implementation:
    • Drive Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) initiatives to minimize losses and eliminate wastage (PQCDSM).
  3. Resource Management:
    • Monitor availability of materials, infrastructure, manpower, and equipment for seamless production processes.
  4. Automation and Process Improvement:
    • Spearhead automation efforts; collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement SDP & FOF initiatives.
  5. Product Launch and Delivery:
    • Ensure timely launch and delivery of critical products (Must Win & PTM) according to production plans.
  6. Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Compliance:
    • Lead SHE initiatives; conduct regular checks to ensure adherence to safety, health, and environmental standards.
  7. Quality Assurance:
    • Foster a culture of quality; oversee compliance with manufacturing operations’ quality standards.
  8. Regulatory Compliance:
    • Ensure plant compliance with legal and quality regulations; manage internal and external audits.
  9. Maintenance Management:
    • Monitor plant maintenance activities; review preventive and breakdown maintenance reports.
  10. Team Management:
    • Conduct goal setting, performance appraisals, and provide coaching and mentoring to team members.
  11. Budget Management:
    • Manage operating expenses; prioritize necessary expenditures related to repairs, maintenance, and safety initiatives.
