Job Overview
As a Team Member – Quality Control (Microbiology), you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and safety of pharmaceutical products. This is an on-site, full-time position based in Baddi, Himachal Pradesh.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct sampling and analysis of packaging and raw material samples.
  • Perform SAP activities, prepare ROA (Record of Analysis), and review analytical records against specifications and STP (Standard Testing Protocol).
  • Ensure accurate documentation and timely submission for review.
  • Operate and maintain analytical instruments as per SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
  • Adhere to safety protocols, including the use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and JSA (Job Safety Analysis).
  • Manage the chemical and solvent store, prepare volumetric solutions, and maintain reagents.
  • Handle out-lab testing samples and ensure timely destruction of samples as per SOP.
  • Complete assigned training and additional responsibilities as directed by the Group Leader.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Analytical Chemistry, Microbiology, or a related field.
  • Experience: 0 to 5 years of experience in a laboratory setting, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in analytical techniques and instrument operation.
  • Knowledge of cGMP, SOPs, and STPs.
  • Experience with SAP activities and documentation.
  • Strong understanding of lab safety protocols.

Behavioral Skills:

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
  • Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to tasks.
  • Commitment to ethical standards and regulatory compliance.
