Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate digital health product integrations, development, and transitions.
- Act as a liaison between Alcon customers, associates, and partners.
- Manage project coordination, risk management, change management, and issue tracking.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Architecture, and Service teams to ensure timely execution.
- Maintain project documentation, dashboards, and status reports using Jira/Confluence.
- Support process improvements to enhance Digital Health initiatives.
Skills & Qualifications:
✅ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
✅ 2+ years in project coordination or related roles.
✅ Fluency in English (additional languages a plus).
✅ Jira/Confluence expertise with Scrum/Agile knowledge.
✅ PMP certification (preferred but not required).
✅ Experience in Medical Devices/Healthcare (highly desirable).
✅ Understanding of cloud technology & software industry.
