Eligibility Criteria

For Purchase/Sourcing Role

• Qualification: Graduate (Any Discipline)
• Experience: 1–5 years in procurement/sourcing, preferably in a chemistry CRO or pharma company.

For Human Resources (HR) Role

• Qualification: MBA (HR Preferred)
• Experience: 2–5 years in HR functions within a scientific or pharmaceutical organization.
