Job Description
Labcorp is hiring a Senior Data Monitoring Coordinator in Bangalore to oversee clinical trial data management, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in data collection and reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and validate clinical trial data for consistency and accuracy.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (ICH-GCP, FDA, EMA).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (clinical research associates, data managers, biostatisticians).
- Identify and resolve data discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Generate and review data monitoring reports.
- Maintain documentation and audit trails for data integrity.
- Support database lock activities and final data reviews.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field.
- 6 Months – 2 years of experience in clinical data management or monitoring & Informed Consent
- Strong knowledge of EDC systems (Medidata Rave, Oracle Clinical, etc.).
- Familiarity with CDISC standards (SDTM, CDASH).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
