Key Responsibilities
1. Study Start-Up & Client Engagement
- Manage client data management activities during project start-up
- Create study protocol folders and update protocol spreadsheets
- Review Statement of Work (SOW) for accurate study scope
- Deliver start-up packets to clients
- Coordinate initial study discussions and identify DTS authors
- Recommend strategies to optimize data quality
- Finalize and obtain approval for Data Transfer Specifications (DTS)
2. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Act as liaison between Data Management and Labcorp departments
- Engage Medical Affairs using Med/Tech Affairs Request Form
- Work closely with Project Management to resolve queries
- Address issues involving Specimen Management
- Initiate required data changes and resolve non-compliant requests
3. Data Transfer Creation & Compliance
- Build and modify data transfer formats
- Generate test datasets and perform QC
- Deliver and log test files in metrics tool
- Store audit-ready documentation
4. Study Maintenance & Client Support
- Prepare global transmission instructions
- Schedule data transfer frequencies
- Address client errors, queries, and change requests
- Participate in client meetings and audits
- Support end-to-end data lock processes
5. Training & Peer Collaboration
- Attend corporate, departmental, and sponsor training
- Share technical knowledge and serve as peer backup
6. Documentation & Productivity Tracking
- Maintain protocol portfolios and record all data transfer activities
Qualifications
