Key Responsibilities
As a Data Analyst Intern, you will:
- Perform untargeted and targeted metabolomics data analysis using tools such as MS-Dial and XCMS.
- Conduct statistical and computational analyses of large omics datasets.
- Validate and test Clarity Bio’s proprietary AI-powered metabolomics platform.
- Collaborate with internal and external research teams, presenting data insights effectively.
- Support scientific writing and conference presentations.
- Provide critical feedback to software developers for product enhancement.
- Engage in technical discussions and cross-disciplinary problem-solving.
Qualifications and Skills
Eligibility Criteria:
- Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Bioinformatics, Life Sciences, or related disciplines.
- Prior experience with mass spectrometry-based metabolomics, especially untargeted workflows.
- Familiarity with tools such as MS-Dial, XCMS, and statistical analysis of omics data.
- Strong analytical and communication skills with a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
Compensation and Benefits
- Stipend: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience and skillset).
