Job Description
Primary Responsibilities
As a Data Analyst I at Clario, you will support operations and science teams by leveraging analytical and programming skills to collect, analyze, and interpret data. You will develop data-driven solutions to complex business challenges while working closely with project managers and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities Include:
✔ Analyze datasets and implement data-driven solutions to enhance efficiency and business value.
✔ Coordinate multiple data sources for transformation, processing, and quality control.
✔ Troubleshoot operational issues related to data systems.
✔ Support data collection procedures for building analytical solutions.
✔ Assist in setting up and maintaining data platforms (data warehouses, lakes, etc.).
✔ Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations to provide actionable insights.
✔ Ensure data accuracy and completeness through quality checks.
✔ Collaborate with stakeholders to align data analytics with business goals.
Secondary Responsibilities
✔ Maintain compliance with organizational SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
✔ Contribute to process improvements and team knowledge sharing.
✔ Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies.
Qualifications & Skills
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, IT, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in data aggregation, analysis, and processing (preferred).
Technical Skills
✔ SQL (query writing preferred)
✔ Python (preferred), R, or other programming languages
✔ Data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI preferred)
✔ Statistical knowledge or coursework
✔ Experience in CRO / Clinical Trials / Life Sciences (a plus)
