Roles & Responsibilities

Depending on the department, key responsibilities include:

• Ensuring smooth production operations and adherence to GMP standards
• Performing quality checks, testing, and documentation for QA/QC
• Conducting microbial testing and environmental monitoring in Microbiology
• Maintaining equipment and troubleshooting in Engineering
• Managing inventory, storage, and dispatch in Warehouse

Required Qualifications

• B.Sc/M.Sc (Chemistry, Biology, Microbiology), B.Pharm/M.Pharm, Diploma/B.Tech in relevant fields
• Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing (preferably injectables or formulations) is preferred, but freshers with strong academic backgrounds are encouraged to apply
• Knowledge of regulatory guidelines (USFDA, GMP) is an advantage
