Job Title: Executive – Accounts Receivable

Key Responsibilities
As an Executive – Accounts Receivable, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the revenue cycle management process. Your responsibilities will include:
- Denial Management: Excellent knowledge of handling denials and understanding denial and remark codes.
- Payment Posting: Perform HIPAA-compliant auto and manual posting of payments.
- Reconciliation: Execute daily payment posting batch reconciliation.
- AR Management: Assign and manage Accounts Receivable (AR) appropriately.
- Secondary Billing: Familiarity with secondary billing processes during cash posting.
- Compliance: Ensure full compliance with company, departmental, legal, and regulatory requirements.
- Communication: Demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills.
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Office and experience with Imagine Systems and Advanced MD (preferred).
Desired Skills and Qualifications
- 0-3 years of experience in Medical Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).
- Willingness to work in US shifts.
- Clear understanding of ERA & EOB, ERA codes, insurance types, balance billing, and Coordination of Benefits.
- Ability to consistently meet deadlines and accomplish tasks efficiently.
