Key Responsibilities
The Data Abstractor Analyst will be responsible for reviewing patient medical records and extracting key clinical information for research and analytics projects.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Navigate electronic medical record (EMR) systems and medical databases
- Extract relevant clinical data based on project-specific disease criteria
- Enter and validate medical data into structured electronic databases
- Review diagnostic, pathology, and treatment reports to obtain precise clinical details
- Identify and categorize adverse events, hospitalizations, medications, and disease history
- Understand and apply project inclusion and exclusion criteria during data abstraction
- Participate in project discussions and contribute to Data Abstractor meetings
- Respond to queries from Lead Abstractor and Operations teams
- Collaborate with team members to share medical and project-specific knowledge
- Support evaluation of medical records for new research projects
Eligibility Criteria

Education
