This is an excellent opportunity for M.Pharm, M.Sc (Chemistry/Biology), and Cosmetic Technology postgraduates looking to build careers in product lifecycle management, data governance, SAP systems, and research administration within a global R&D environment.

Key Responsibilities

Selected candidates will be responsible for:

• Conducting first-level review and governance of Colgate raw material and recipe data within defined turnaround timelines.
• Managing master data related to proprietary formulations and ingredients.
• Providing security access to SAP systems, including PDP, DMS, PPM, and LIMS platforms.
• Routing Human Use Protocols (HUP) through SAP-DMS and supporting administrative processes in Veeva.
• Forwarding Adverse Events (AE) from HUP studies to Pharmacovigilance teams for evaluation.
• Delivering technical and procedural support to more than 2,000 English-speaking users through emails, phone calls, and instant messaging.
• Supporting product data management (PDM) cleansing activities, recipe obsolescence processes, and database searches.
• Participating in Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) and Quality initiatives.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

Candidates must possess any of the following postgraduate qualifications:

• M.Pharm
• M.Sc in Chemistry
• M.Sc in Biology
• Postgraduate Degree in Cosmetic Technology

Preferred Skills

• Strong fundamentals in chemistry and scientific principles
• Exposure to SAP database management and system administration concepts
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace applications
• Excellent computer aptitude and analytical skills
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
