Key Responsibilities
The selected Research Trainee will be responsible for:
- Develop innovative oral care formulations based on consumer requirements.
- Support technology transfer activities to manufacturing plants.
- Prepare laboratory batches and prototype formulations.
- Conduct product stability studies and performance evaluations.
- Perform rheology, foam analysis, physicochemical testing, and formulation characterization.
- Maintain laboratory inventory and raw material records.
- Organize and test raw materials for product development.
- Calibrate laboratory equipment according to standard procedures.
- Ensure compliance with Quality and EOHS (Environment, Occupational Health & Safety) standards.
- Document experimental observations according to internal quality systems.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should possess any of the following qualifications:
- M.Sc in Chemistry
- M.Pharm
- M.Tech in Cosmetics Technology
- M.Tech in Oil-Oleo Chemical Technologies
Required Skills
Candidates should have:
- Strong knowledge of Chemistry fundamentals
