Job Title: Team Lead – CDM/PV
Qualifications:
- Graduate/Post Graduate/Doctorate in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medical Sciences, or Registered Nurse.
Responsibilities:
Business/Customer Interaction:
- Engage in minimal customer interactions with guidance.
- Understand domain processes, sub-processes, functions, and terminologies (such as SOP, QC checklists).
- For Pharmacovigilance (PV) and Complaints Management: Perform data entry from source documents into clinical/safety databases, ensuring accuracy and meeting turnaround times.
Coding Activities:
- Perform coding activities on assigned projects within timelines and with efficiency.
- Import uncoded terms into the database and export coded medical terms from the coding platform.
- Manage queries and create “New Term Requests” as needed.
- Perform dictionary up-versioning activities as required.
Clinical Data Management (CDM):
- Participate in study conduct activities, data review, and query management with assistance.
- Limited email communication with clients.
- All activities require peer quality control by a supervisor or senior.
- No involvement in setup and migration activities.
- Limited involvement in data pad locking activities during database locks.
Project/Process Management:
- Handle the first level processing of assigned transactions; refer complex issues to the supervisor or line manager.
- Adhere to quality requirements, achieve targets/volumes within the given turnaround time.
- Comply with mandatory industry regulations and compliance requirements for the process.
Knowledge Management:
- Understand various document templates and standards (such as SOPs) to interpret documents and related terminologies.
People/Team Management:
- Adhere to organizational hygiene and compliance requirements, including time sheet submission, assimilation, and attendance.
Must-Have Skills:
- Excel Services on SharePoint
- Complaint Management in Life Sciences
- Customer and Service Excellence
- Pharmacovigilance and Safety Operations
