Key Responsibilities
The selected candidate will:
- Perform medical safety review of Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs).
- Assess seriousness, causality, expectedness, and clinical relevance of adverse events.
- Execute end-to-end pharmacovigilance case processing activities.
- Review narratives and verify medical coding accuracy.
- Validate source documents and clinical information.
- Participate in aggregate safety reviews and safety meetings.
- Maintain compliance with global pharmacovigilance regulations and SOPs.
- Support signal detection and risk evaluation activities.
- Update safety databases accurately.
- Collaborate with cross-functional global safety teams.
- Maintain audit-ready documentation.
- Ensure timely processing of safety cases.
- Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
Applicants should possess:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in:
- Pharmacy (B.Pharm/M.Pharm)
- Life Sciences
- Medicine
- Healthcare or related discipline
- 0โ3 years of Pharmacovigilance experience or relevant training.
- Understanding of:
