Key Responsibilities – Clinical Trial Transparency Role

As a CTT Team Member at Xogene, you will:

• Perform clinical trial protocol registration and results posting for drugs, biologics, and devices
• Handle redaction and anonymization of clinical documents (PII & CCI removal)
• Author plain language summaries (PLS) for clinical trial protocols and results
• Conduct quality checks and document reviews for compliance
• Track and manage clinical trial disclosure timelines and activities
• Maintain ClinicalTrials.gov and global registry submissions
• Collaborate with stakeholders for regulatory compliance and reporting
• Support AI development initiatives as a Subject Matter Expert (SME)
• Contribute to process improvements in clinical transparency workflows

Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences / Health Sciences (Master’s preferred)
• Minimum 1+ year experience in medical writing or clinical data roles
• Knowledge of drug development lifecycle and clinical research

• Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe
