🔹 Key Responsibilities
As a Clinical Supply Chain Support Specialist, you will:
- Provide operational support to Clinical Supply Chain Study Leaders across all study phases.
- Prepare and track transfer orders for investigational products.
- Manage stock reconciliation, returns, and destruction requirements.
- Conduct quality checks and ensure inspection readiness.
- Prepare documentation for labeling, shipment, and archiving in the electronic Trial Master File (eTMF).
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Maintain compliance with regulatory, quality, and safety standards.
🎓 Qualifications and Experience
Education:
- Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or Health-related disciplines.
Experience:
- 2 to 14 years of experience in clinical supply support or clinical logistics (Phase I–IV trials).
- Proficiency in IRT systems (Endpoint, Suvoda), Smart Supplies, and Veeva Vault.
- Understanding of investigational product management, including kit handling, depot management, and documentation.
Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English; comfortable working in a multicultural environment.
- Ability to adapt to fast-changing priorities and digital documentation tools.
