Job Description

We are hiring a Senior Project Coordinator to support our Global Clinical Supplies Team in managing clinical trial documentation, regulatory compliance, and project administration. This is a fully remote role with opportunities to contribute to life-saving research.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Administrative & Technical Support: Assist in planning, organizing, and coordinating project tasks.
✔ Document Management: Maintain records, ensure regulatory compliance, and track project files.
✔ Data Entry & Reporting: Update databases, prepare reports, and support quality reviews.
✔ Coordination: Schedule team calls, distribute project materials, and manage communications.
✔ Compliance & Quality: Review documentation, resolve findings, and ensure accuracy.

Eligibility & Requirements:

B.Pharm / M.Pharm (Bachelor/Master of Pharmacy)

B.Sc / M.Sc in Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Microbiology, or related fields

BBA / MBA in Healthcare, Supply Chain, or Operations Management

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Clinical Research, Healthcare, or Project Management

Note: Candidates with formal project management certifications (e.g., PMP, CAPM, or equivalent) or clinical research certifications will have an added advantage.

✅ Experience: Prior experience in clinical trials or supply chain preferred.
✅ Skills:

  • Strong English communication (written & verbal).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Detail-oriented with problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently & in a team.
