Key Responsibilities
As a Clinical Research Coordinator at Indira IVF, the selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Recruiting and enrolling eligible study participants
- Coordinating patient visits, procedures, and follow-ups as per study protocol
- Entering and maintaining accurate clinical research data in electronic data capture (EDC) systems
- Acting as a point of contact for study participants and addressing protocol-related queries
- Ensuring strict compliance with ICH-GCP, ethical guidelines, and regulatory requirements
- Preparing, maintaining, and updating essential study documentation
- Proper archival of Case Report Forms (CRFs) and trial-related documents
- Coordinating with sponsors, ethics committees, investigators, and multiple study sites
- Supporting Principal Investigators (PI) for smooth study conduct
Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelorโs or Masterโs degree in:
- Biotechnology
- Biochemistry
- Microbiology

- Diploma in Clinical Research is an added advantage
Experience & Skills
- 1โ5 years of prior experience in clinical research coordination
- Strong understanding of clinical trial processes and documentation
