Key Responsibilities
The Clinical Research Coordinator will support the Principal Investigator and clinical team in executing medical device studies and clinical research projects.
Clinical Study Coordination
- Coordinate day-to-day clinical study activities
- Support participant screening and recruitment
- Schedule patient visits and follow-up activities
- Assist with informed consent procedures
- Track study progress and pending activities
Documentation and Data Management
- Maintain case report forms (CRFs) and source documents
- Prepare screening logs and enrolment records
- Collect, verify, and organize clinical study data
- Maintain study files and documentation
- Compile study updates and reports
Site and Hospital Coordination
- Coordinate with hospitals, clinics, and investigators
- Communicate study requirements with internal teams
- Support ethics committee documentation
- Assist during monitoring visits and audits
- Ensure participant confidentiality and data integrity
Medical Device Study Support
- Prepare study materials and device documentation
- Support device readiness activities
- Document test results and study procedures
- Ensure compliance with approved protocols and institutional requirements
