🔬 Key Responsibilities
As a Clinical Research Coordinator, you will:
- Assist in planning, organizing, and executing clinical trials (Phase I–IV).
- Support investigators and clinical operations teams during study conduct.
- Ensure adherence to ICH-GCP guidelines and NDCT Rules (2019).
- Maintain accurate study documentation, case report forms (CRFs), and regulatory submissions.
- Coordinate with ethics committees and sponsor representatives.
- Facilitate subject screening, enrollment, and follow-up procedures.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
Qualifications
- B.Pharm / M.Pharm / Pharm.D
- M.Sc. or Diploma in Clinical Research
- B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Life Sciences or related disciplines
Experience
- Freshers or candidates with 1–2 years of experience in clinical research or trial operations.
- Prior exposure to Phase I–IV studies will be an added advantage.
Skills Required
- Strong understanding of ICH-GCP and NDCT 2019.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary research environment.
