Key Responsibilities
As a Clinical Research Associate at Sun Pharma, you will:

- Conduct site feasibility and identify qualified investigators.
- Negotiate study budgets and finalize site contracts and CDAs.
- Prepare and submit study documents for Ethics Committee (EC) approvals.
- Oversee investigational product (IP) dispensing, inventory, and reconciliation.
- Perform site initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits, ensuring compliance with GCP.
- Train investigators and site personnel on study protocols and regulatory standards.
- Monitor subject recruitment, data entry, source data verification, and query resolution.
- Ensure timely SAE/SUSAR reporting in alignment with PV policies.
- Identify risks, implement CAPA, and coordinate with in-house or CRO partners for data management and statistical analysis.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biology, Chemistry, Nursing, or Public Health.
- PG Diploma in Clinical Research is an added advantage.
Experience Required
- 1–5 years of relevant experience in Clinical Research or Clinical Trials (Phase III or Phase IV).
- Strong understanding of ICH-GCP, Indian regulatory guidelines, and site management practices.
