🧩 Key Responsibilities
As a Clinical Research Associate, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution and monitoring of clinical trials:
- Conduct site feasibility assessments and identify potential investigators.
- Negotiate and finalize study budgets, contracts, and confidentiality agreements.
- Prepare and submit study documents for Ethics Committee (EC) permissions.
- Oversee Investigational Product (IP) dispensing, inventory, and reconciliation.
- Ensure timely site initiation, monitoring, and close-out activities.
- Train investigators and site personnel on study protocols, procedures, and GCP principles.
- Support efficient participant recruitment, data entry, and query resolution.
- Ensure timely SAE/SUSAR reporting in compliance with Sun Pharma’s PV policies.
- Identify risks and implement CAPA for underperforming sites.
- Coordinate with CRO partners for data management and statistical analysis.
🎓 Qualifications & Experience
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry, Nursing, Public Health, or a related field.
- A Postgraduate Diploma in Clinical Research is desirable.
Experience:
- 1–5 years of relevant experience in Clinical Research (preferably in Phase III or IV trials).
Additional Skills:
- Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP and Indian regulatory guidelines.
- Proven site management and stakeholder coordination expertise.
- Excellent communication and analytical abilities.
