Key Responsibilities
As a Clinical Research Associate (CRA), you’ll be responsible for:
- Preparing Clinical Investigation Protocols, Case Report Forms (CRFs), Investigator Brochures, and related clinical documentation.
- Overseeing clinical trials and ensuring strict adherence to regulatory and ethical standards.
- Monitoring site performance, data accuracy, and documentation compliance.
- Collaborating with CROs and clinical operations teams to ensure smooth study execution.
- Traveling across clinical sites in India to supervise study progress and ensure data integrity.
- Maintaining detailed and accurate records aligned with GCP (Good Clinical Practice) and ISO 14155 standards.
Qualifications & Skills
To excel in this role, candidates should have:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, or Clinical Research.
- Proven experience in clinical trials, protocol development, and data monitoring.
- Strong understanding of clinical operations, documentation, and medical device regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
- Experience in the medical device industry will be an added advantage.
