⭐ Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a research team to curate accurate, insightful, and high-quality clinical and preclinical data.
- Identify and analyze relevant scientific information for Beacon’s intelligence platform.
- Coordinate regularly with UK-based clients to understand deliverables and ensure timely outputs.
- Manage activities for beacon module launches and provide post-launch maintenance support.
- Perform clinical data management tasks and generate queries to improve data quality.
- Work with global life science researchers on cutting-edge therapeutic areas.
- Demonstrate strong understanding of clinical trials, preclinical data, and drug development pathways.
🎯 Candidate Attributes & Expertise
Ideal candidates should demonstrate:
- Subject-matter expertise in oncology drug therapies such as ADCs, bispecific antibodies, adoptive cell therapy, checkpoint modulators, gene therapy, or oncolytic viruses.
- Strong understanding of pharmacology, translational science, and clinical trial data.
- Ability to manage complex scientific concepts and deliver high-quality research outputs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in research or data-oriented roles (preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong project and people management capabilities.
- Passion for learning, problem-solving, and delivering impactful insights.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria
- Masters: Pharmacy (except Pharmacognosy), Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or PharmD with 2–3+ years relevant experience.
- Bachelors: Pharmacy, Biology, Biotechnology, Biochemistry with 4+ years of relevant experience.
- Candidates with Clinical Research Diplomas or certifications can apply.
- At least one published research paper required.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office and internet-based research tools.
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment.
