🔍 Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the clinical data management team, providing coaching, performance reviews, and development planning.
• Collaborate across departments to design, document, test, and implement clinical data collection systems.
• Review clinical protocols for data consistency and identify standard CRF modules.
• Develop and execute data quality plans, ensuring compliance with global regulatory standards.
• Review and resolve data discrepancies through standardized validation procedures.
• Analyze and interpret study data, preparing clinical data reports for internal and cross-validation.
• Contribute to protocol design with strategic input focused on data management and operational efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and data integrity.

🎓 Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Clinical Data Management (CDM), preferably in a healthcare or medical device setting.
• Strong understanding of clinical trial data systems, EDC, and CRF design.
• Proven experience managing data teams and mentoring professionals.
• Familiarity with ICH-GCP, CDISC, and regulatory compliance standards.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
