Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervision & Leadership:
- Oversee junior Data Management staff, ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Act as a line supervisor, providing guidance and support for project execution.
- Data Management Operations:
- Develop and maintain Data Management Plans (DMP), eCRF design, and data validation checks.
- Ensure data consistency, accuracy, and completeness across clinical trials.
- Perform data reconciliation (SAE/AE, lab data, IRT) and resolve discrepancies.
- Stakeholder & Vendor Management:
- Liaise with internal teams and external vendors for seamless data transfers.
- Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP, CDISC standards, and company SOPs.
- Quality & Compliance:
- Monitor key performance metrics and report to DM management.
- Support database lock activities, ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Training & Development:
- Conduct in-house and external training sessions on clinical data management best practices.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Clinical Data Management (CDM) within pharma/CRO.
- Proficiency in EDC systems, CDISC standards, and MedDRA/WHODrug coding.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
