Key Responsibilities
Clinical Data Associate / Manager Responsibilities:
- Perform clinical data review, validation, and cleaning
- Manage case report forms (CRFs) and clinical databases
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and regulatory compliance
- Handle query management and discrepancy resolution
- Support clinical trial data lifecycle activities
- Collaborate with biostatistics, clinical operations, and regulatory teams
- Ensure compliance with ICH-GCP and CDISC standards
- Assist in database lock and study close-out processes
Required Qualifications
- Bachelorโs or Masterโs degree in:
- Pharmacy (B.Pharm / M.Pharm)
- Life Sciences / Biotechnology / Clinical Research
- Relevant experience in:
- Clinical Data Management (CDM)
- CRO or pharmaceutical industry
- Strong understanding of:
- Clinical trials and data workflows
- GCP guidelines and regulatory standards
- Skills:

Preferred Skills
- Experience with EDC systems (e.g., Medidata Rave, Oracle Clinical)
- Knowledge of CDISC standards (SDTM, ADaM)
