Job Responsibilities
Clinical Data Coordinator I
- Assist Data Management Study Lead in developing eCRF, Data Validation Specifications, and Study Specific Procedures.
- Review clinical and third-party data based on edit specifications and review plans.
- Issue clear and concise queries to investigator sites.
- Maintain timelines by supporting tasks such as filing, archiving study documentation, and dispatching queries.
- Collaborate effectively with clinical data scientists and cross-functional teams.
Clinical Data Coordinator II
- Support Data Management Study Lead in maintenance of eCRF, Data Validation Specifications, and Procedures.
- Handle data reconciliation and track study/task metrics.
- Address data-related queries and recommend solutions.
- Perform root cause analysis to resolve data issues.
- Report study progress to project teams and functional managers.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or a related field.
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of clinical data management in pharma/biotech.
- Familiarity with Medidata, Oracle RDC, or similar data systems.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of ICH-GCP and regulatory guidelines is an advantage.
