Job Responsibilities
As a Clinical Data Coordinator I, you will:
- Support the Data Management Study Lead in eCRF design, data validation specifications, and study documentation.
- Perform data review and query management based on clinical and third-party data.
- Ensure accurate, clear, and timely communication with investigational sites and internal stakeholders.
- Maintain TMF documentation, handle query dispatching, and support data cleaning and database lock processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to study timelines and quality metrics.
- Uphold ICON’s ICH-GCP and regulatory compliance standards in all data management activities.
Required Qualifications
To qualify for this position, you should have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, or related field.
- 1.5+ years of experience in clinical data management (mandatory).
- Proficiency with EDC platforms such as Medidata, Oracle RDC, or similar systems.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in fast-paced environments.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and data integrity principles (preferred).
