Medpace, a leading global Clinical Research Organization (CRO), is seeking a Clinical Data Coder to join our Clinical Coding & Support team in Navi Mumbai. This is a full-time, office-based role where you will play a crucial part in ensuring accurate medical and medication coding for clinical trials.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform accurate medical and medication coding using industry-standard dictionaries (MedDRA, WHO Drug).
- Assign appropriate coding dictionaries based on study requirements.
- Develop and maintain coding guidelines to ensure consistency.
- Collaborate with clinical research teams to support data management activities.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Pharmacy, or a related clinical field.
- Experience with MedDRA and WHO Drug dictionaries is required.
- Prior experience in clinical trials, pharmaceutical industry, or CROs is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
