Job Description
As an Associate STEM Content Analyst, you will play a critical role in researching, analyzing, and interpreting clinical data related to payer restrictions and market access. Your work will directly impact the accuracy and reliability of our database, which is used by clients worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately source, research, evaluate, interpret, and enter payer restrictions information into the database for assigned therapeutic classes.
- Collaborate with the Restrictions team to ensure consistency in data interpretation.
- Collect and store supportive documentation for formulary and restrictions data.
- Assist in automation workflows related to Restrictions Policy Research.
- Participate in ad-hoc research projects to meet client deliverables.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences or a related field.
- Advanced computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong understanding and interpretation of clinical data.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in Market Access, Managed Care Data, or PBM (Pharmacy Benefit Management).
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Adaptability to changing client and healthcare market demands.
About the Team
The Market Access Policy Team is responsible for generating and maintaining restrictions policy content. We work closely with stakeholders across Content Operations and the broader Life Sciences business. Our team is spread across India, the US, and Canada, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
Hours of Work
- 12 PM to 9 PM IST (including a 1-hour break).
